Humans are peculiar species with all kind of inborn characters. Some make fun of everything though some jokes are irritating. Some provide judgment on everything. Some are so reserved and never speak unless u insist them. Some consider they are great and know everything in this world. Some are great to hang around with, coz they are intellectual and we can practically talk anything with them including music, love, religion, diseases and crimes. Here are some characters around me.
The Joker: Mr. Lionel Richie who practically jokes about everything. Whenever he shakes hand with me, his forefinger will tickle my hand.

The Robot: Miss T. She never talks to anybody. She will talk to u only when u greet her first. Even then, if u ask a question, she will only answer to that question, nothing more. Very reserved.
The Genius: Mr One. He has being quite a while in the organization. He knows practically everything about work and knowledgeable.
The Pain. Mr PITA. He thinks he knows everything. During meetings and presentations, he will ask all kind of questions for which he already has his own answers. Come on nobody knows everything.
The Allrounder. Not many people knows the character of this guy unless u really know him. He will be in all places, praising key individuals. Bright future.
The Coolman. The Professional. He is intelligent, knowledgeable, everybody likes him. Seldom raise his voice and very nice to people.
The Confused. Mr Romeo. He knows the biodata of all new recruits in the organization (but only the women). He makes a point to visit them and talk to them. Hope one day he will meet his Mrs Romeo.
The Complicated. Miss Psycho. Sometimes she comes up with all sorts of funny ideas. They advise us to think out of the box. Maybe this lady thinks way too much out of the box.

The Predictor. Mr. Fengshui. This guy goes around predicting and interpret things. He came into my room and said the positioning of my table is good and my star is shining.
The Nicewoman. Miss Bollywood. Kesay hai tum? Wow, i learnt couple of Hindi words from her. She is nice and caring woman. Can be a good friend but a bit sensitive, not like her boss.
The Coffeelady. Miss Starbucks. She likes coffee so much. even her presentation is related to coffee. Always dates her frens at starbucks. I think she should start her own starbucks outlet. She is a nice and everybody is very quck to be her friend.
The Mysteryman. Mr Professor. He is a quiet guy. Doesnt talk much. Reads alot. I always borrow books from him on strategic management, leadership and creative thinking.
There are many more characters in the office but for the time being, this is enough. Of course each and everyone has some individualistic character which makes each of us unique. You can polish and improve certain things in your character building but cannot change the inbred attitude.

Well I think we have left out another significant character here. The person who has many personalities - like three in one.
The one that can switch into one another... all of a sudden.
That character is Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde plus LoverBoy.
This is also a significant character in the office and has an impact on EVERYONE in the office. Especially the officers. If you get what I mean.

and please, ceteris paribus, i think it is not fair to say M likes a certain person as she's just being nice to everyone.
