Sincere means honest, innocent and mean things from the bottom of their heart. Opposite to sincerity is hypocrisy and cheating. Hypocrisy involves the deception of others and is thus a kind of lie.
The Oxford English Dictionary and most scholars state that sincerity is derived from the Latin sincerus meaning clean, pure, sound (1525–35)An often repeated folk etymology proposes that sincere is derived from the Latin sine = without, cera = wax. According to one popular explanation, dishonest sculptors in Rome or Greece would cover flaws in their work with wax to deceive the viewer; therefore, a sculpture "without wax" would mean honesty in its perfection.
Having explained the meaning of sincerity... we, more often find difficulty in spotting sincere soul among us. As more dynamic the world becomes, the more actors are among us rather than real pure soul.
There are less soul who will laugh when u laugh, who cries when u cry.... but there are many who laugh when u laugh and laugh when u cry.....
In office environment its even worst. they many souls who are nice to you. at the back they will be cursing you. I'm not telling everybody is like that but most.

I guess we can't help it Sir. Some people just love scrutinizing other people. Me, I try my best to avoid getting tangled in such situations.

you have been hearing me nagging and talking, but of course, like always, i wont bore the audience.
My principles in this matter is quite simple:-
