Bola...bola..bola

Oleh kerana permintaan my blog follower "SUNDAY" supaya saya tulis pasal Bola....entry ini khas untuknya.

Semalam i gi tengok bola kelantan lawan n9. I tidak beli tiket last minute rasa nak gi tengok. I anggap diri i anak kelate wpun keluargaku adalah org perak. So i contact my fren di KBS, dia ajak sebagai jemputan VVIP dok dalam VIP box, glass room behind VIP seats. Of course very exclusive with food and drinks. Dalam room tuu ramai penyokong N9 but i tak kisah, i pakai muffler written "The Red Warriors". First half i tak keluar drp bilik ke open air and kelantan was trailing behind 1-0. Somebody said...dato' pergi laa luar sokong kelantan mesti menang/ So i keluar ajer second half...wow game changed.....kelantan won 2-1. According to Mingguan Malaysia:

The modern rules of football are based on the mid-19th century efforts to standardise the widely varying forms of football played at the public schools of England. The history of football in England dates back to at least the Middle Ages.

The Cambridge Rules, first drawn up at Cambridge University in 1848, were particularly influential in the development of subsequent codes, including association football. The Cambridge Rules were written at Trinity College, Cambridge, at a meeting attended by representatives from Eton, Harrow, Rugby, Winchester and Shrewsbury schools. They were not universally adopted. During the 1850s, many clubs unconnected to schools or universities were formed throughout the English-speaking world, to play various forms of football. Some came up with their own distinct codes of rules, most notably the Sheffield Football Club, formed by former public school pupils in 1857, which led to formation of a Sheffield FA in 1867. In 1862, John Charles Thring of Uppingham School also devised an influential set of rules.

These ongoing efforts contributed to the formation of The Football Association (The FA) in 1863, which first met on the morning of 26 October 1863 at the Freemasons' Tavern in Great Queen Street, London. The only school to be represented on this occasion was Charterhouse. The Freemason's Tavern was the setting for five more meetings between October and December, which eventually produced the first comprehensive set of rules. At the final meeting, the first FA treasurer, the representative from Blackheath, withdrew his club from the FA over the removal of two draft rules at the previous meeting: the first allowed for running with the ball in hand; the second for obstructing such a run by hacking (kicking an opponent in the shins), tripping and holding. Other English rugby football clubs followed this lead and did not join the FA, or subsequently left the FA and instead in 1871 formed the Rugby Football Union. The eleven remaining clubs, under the charge of Ebenezer Cobb Morley, went on to ratify the original thirteen laws of the game. These rules included handling of the ball by "marks" and the lack of a crossbar, rules which made it remarkably similar to Victorian rules football being developed at that time in Australia. The Sheffield FA played by its own rules until the 1870s with the FA absorbing some of its rules until there was little difference between the games.

The laws of the game are currently determined by the International Football Association Board (IFAB). The Board was formed in 1886 after a meeting in Manchester of The Football Association, the Scottish Football Association, the Football Association of Wales, and the Irish Football Association. The world's oldest football competition is the FA Cup, which was founded by C. W. Alcock and has been contested by English teams since 1872. The first official international football match took place in 1872 between Scotland and England in Glasgow, again at the instigation of C. W. Alcock. England is home to the world's first football league, which was founded in Birmingham in 1888 by Aston Villa director William McGregor. The original format contained 12 clubs from the Midlands and the North of England. FIFA, the international football body, was formed in Paris in 1904 and declared that they would adhere to Laws of the Game of the Football Association. The growing popularity of the international game led to the admittance of FIFA representatives to the International Football Association Board in 1913. The board currently consists of four representatives from FIFA and one representative from each of the four British associations.

Today, football is played at a professional level all over the world. Millions of people regularly go to football stadiums to follow their favourite teams, while billions more watch the game on television or on the internet. A very large number of people also play football at an amateur level. According to a survey conducted by FIFA published in 2001, over 240 million people from more than 200 countries regularly play football. While football has the highest global television audience in sport, its simple rules and minimal equipment requirements at amateur level, have no doubt aided its growth in terms of participation.

In many parts of the world football evokes great passions and plays an important role in the life of individual fans, local communities, and even nations. The Côte d'Ivoire national football team helped secure a truce to the nation's civil war in 2006 and it helped further reduce tensions between government and rebel forces in 2007 by playing a match in the rebel capital of Bouaké, an occasion that brought both armies together peacefully for the first time. By contrast, football is widely considered to be the final proximate cause in the Football War in June 1969 between El Salvador and Honduras.[24] The sport also exacerbated tensions at the beginning of the Yugoslav wars of the 1990s, when a match between Dinamo Zagreb and Red Star Belgrade devolved into rioting in March 1990.

Happy halloween....... kenangan lama di US

I tulis pasal hantu sebab 31 October adalah hari haloween. Semasa dok di US kita orang dress-up menakutkan dan bawa pumpkin dengan api lilin. Enjoy gak tengok kanak2 bersuka ria. Of course, dalam Islam, ini semua mengarutkan tapi kita orang just main suka2..

Halloween is an annual holiday observed on October 31, primarily in the United States, Canada, Ireland, and the United Kingdom. Common Halloween activities include trick-or-treating, wearing costumes and attending costume parties, carving jack-o'-lanterns, ghost tours, bonfires, apple bobbing, visiting haunted attractions, committing pranks, telling ghost stories or other frightening tales, and watching horror films.

The Chinese Ghost Festival has similarities to Halloween in US and is sometimes called Chinese Halloween. It’s also similar to the Mexican “Day of the Dead” and is sometimes called the "All Souls Festival." For Chinese Buddhists, it is known as Ullambana, or the “Hungry Ghost Festival.”

Apa pendapat anda tentang Haloween....

Lidi........ nasibku

Lidi... datangnya drp daun pokok kelapa...
daun pokok kelapa yg hijau di keringkan
daun yg kering dihiris... dibuang
tinggal laa batang lidi bogel

kena dibadan aduh sakit dibuatnya

Lidi walau sakit dipukul
banyak gunanya......

akhir kata....
sekiranya tiada kayu untuk masak
maka akhirnya....lidi menjadi penggantinya
korbankan diri..dibakar...menjadi abu....

begitulaa cerita LIDI....
lahir ikhlas dan suci
membantu manusia..
akhirnya tidak dihargai.......

Apa itu Cinta? What's love.....

Recently, one of my blog readers told me to write in Malay. I told her i can write in Malay too. So the topic i choose is...what's love. There you go.....still in Mat Salleh language. Need to change gear. Apa itu cinta? terdapat pelbagai cinta. Cinta kepada Tuhan (Allah for Muslims). Cinta kepada isteri. Cinta kepada anak2. Cinta kepada ibubapa. Cinta kepada kawan. Cinta kepada harta. cinta kepada pangkat. So terdapat pelbagai cinta.

So perlukah jatuh cinta dulu baru kahwin atau kahwin dulu baru discover cinta.

Apa kata anda tentang ATNIC oh...terbalik maksudku...CINTA

What's on Your mind......

Today is Sunday 24/10/2010. Most of you may have some plans already..either go to wet market, supermarket, weddings, picnics, vacation and so on. Some may stay home doing laundry and some with family members bfast and then watch tv programmes. Sounds like I have nothing to write this morning......

Actually, i was thinking what's on everybody's mind. When u wake up, do you do thinking back what u did last nite or yesterday. Try to analyse whether u have done good or bad as well as what u r going to do today. Whether you r going to do the best today. The clock is ticking and time is running. Day turns night and night turns to daylight......

I bet everybody will think they r doing the good thing. Most will think they are always right and try to rationalize others r not right. Even among your family members you will try to say what u think is right. Its human nature.

Most of the time, we will try to think why others not thinking like u. If everybody thinks like us, then problem wont arise and no such thing as life. People think differently. Not necessarily what u think is the best option

So what r u thinking......

Lots of comments about Warisan Merdeka project.....

Since the announcement in Budget 2011, the plan to construct warisan merdeka project with a 100-storey tower and other condominiums recieved mix responses. Immediately after its announcement, the project comes under criticism from various quarters. On tv, radio, blogs and papers people are commenting all kinda things. Both the educated and less educated express their opinions. In this democratic country everybody has the right to their own opinion.

The project will be built at the stadium merdeka area while preserving the heritage buildings of stadium merdeka and stadium negara, the surrounding area will be developed. The police station will be relocated. There is already monorel connected to the area and its closeby to petaling street.

For me its a good project for the future of the nation and the people. Dato' Dr Zainal Aznam says on bernama tv its not a good project using peoples money, he was telling that money can used for building schools or bridges in sabah and sarawak. He doesnt know about the project and its financing, and he is making stupid comments on tv. Producer of the programme Anne Edwards too doesnt know about the project and provoking this kinda questions. Even confusing the general public and give wrong picture to the people and the opposition to attack the government. First of all, like PNB clarified this project is not financed by government, its PNB's money from the profits and not even using investors money. Government is doing all kinda of this to uplift the infrastructure in sabah and sarawak. The rural population is the priority of government.

The projects like warisan merdeka will have long-term impact on the countries growth. Not only the private sector benefits but the general public. It will even be a tourist attraction spot. Change of Mindset is important from all quarters of the general public.
As for me, we need the MRT to have an efficient public transport system. So does the sungei buloh and KLFID projects to boost economic growth. You know more than 140 subsectors will benefit if construction activites are carried out including engineers, doctors, accountants, bankers, lawyers, steel producers, cement factories and even the mamak stalls and even nasi lemak seller... many more will benefit...

What's your view of these high impact strategic projects announced in the budget 2011.
