Wanna write about ghost. According to wikipedia "a ghost is the soul or spirit of a deceased person or animal, taken to be capable of appearing in visible form or otherwise manifesting itself to the living." U can visit this side to watch video clips of ghost. http://www.ghostsandstories.com/ghost-caught-on-video.html. In Malaysia, ghost is known as hantu. There are many kind of ghosts/ hantu.

Wow there are so many. Pontianak is the most notorious. Malays believe this ghost wears all white and revenge on humans. There is this toyol..young naked baby. Bunian is another species similar to human..living among humans but not seen by us..they have their own world. There are stories that human are brought to bunian's world and some are trapped there forever. In Putrajaya, there are lot of stories of bunian. In Governemnt buildings you can hear kids playing...sometimes man walking....seen by some but not others in the same area. Scary.

ini kes u pernah jumpe ke??..i byk dah jumpe hantu...tinggal belum "naik hantu je lagi"...juz info yg blh kongsi..pontianak suka menyakat lelaki...hantu raya tertarik pada perempuan yg seksi n tak suka pada cahaya...pengalaman...eemm..byk kali di ganggu hantu raya..jeng..jeng..jeng....

theres another hantu u forgot to mention, the property speculators.
as a younger generation, im more afraid of this speculators than hantu in your lists. currently, im not sure where to look for houses which suits my income.
with US QE2 coming (the news say approx USD500 bil), it will put further pressure to property prices in the region. i believe malaysia is no exception to this "hot money" and "excess liquidity".
i do hope whatever announcement to be made by BNM next week to curb property speculation would help ease the yet-to-burst temperature in the asset market.
