From my bottom of my heart, I would like to say thanks to all my officers and others from other agencies, ministries and organisations who helped me in formulating this superb 2011 Budget and Economic Report. Without all of your contributions and ideas this won't become a reality. It's not a one man job and nobody can claim credit, it is a teamwork effort. I can't mention all names but thanks all of you.
